3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
Deposit Terms
The following payment methods are supported for deposits on jajya9:

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300. Deposits must come from the user's own registered account.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount across all methods is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
Withdrawals are only possible to the same account from which the deposit was made. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
Deposit and Withdrawal Restrictions
- Depositing using a third party's account or card is strictly prohibited.
- If any suspicious financial transaction is detected, jajya9 may suspend the withdrawal until the investigation is complete.
- If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be informed.
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in permanent account closure.
4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳17,000
Bonus Validity and Restrictions
- Each bonus has a specific validity period, which will be stated in the bonus offer.
- While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be activated at the same time.
- There may be restrictions on wagering with bonus funds in certain games.

jajya9's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular active play. VIP benefits are subject to change.
5 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
Strictly Prohibited Activities
- Playing using bots, scripts, or automated software
- Attempting to abuse or manipulate the bonus system
- Colluding with other users to determine outcomes
- Hacking the platform or exploiting technical vulnerabilities
- Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name
- Any form of fraudulent activity
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
If any of the above prohibited activities are engaged in, jajya9 may take the following actions:
- Immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account
- Forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings
- Legal action
- Notification of the relevant authorities
